Pura Brasa was born in 2010 as a new high-quality restaurant concept, which combines the characteristics of traditional healthy cooking, charcoal grilled using JOSPER technology, with an innovative way of understanding the act of eating. Or simply enjoy a few tapas in a friendly, modern and laidback setting.
Pura Brasa is the perfect place to meet up with friends, eat as a family or enjoy a friendly after-work get-together. The open kitchen allows you to observe the heart of our restaurants: the Josper charcoal oven, an oven which uses wood charcoal, and which has become an essential tool in countless kitchens across the world. It is trusted by the best chefs at national and international restaurants.

The restaurant’s gastronomic offerings break the mould of what has always been done with conventional grilling, presenting a series of dishes that impress diners with their originality and flavour. All of this in a place whose architecture and decoration stand out for their comfort and freshness, converting the act of eating into a complete experience for diners. A wide and varied menu in which nearly everything is grilled, with a characteristic smoky touch thanks to the Josper oven. Dishes full of flavour made with local, top-quality products, cooked to order.
At Pura Brasa you can taste our delicious casseroles, a genuine Wagyega steak tartar burger (50% wagyu beef and 50% Galician Blond), a tasty baked hake nape, or a spectacular dessert such our chocolate bomb, amongst many other offerings. Dishes made with love, able to impress even the most demanding palates.
