The open kitchen allows you to see the heart of our restaurants: the Josper charcoal oven, an oven that uses charcoal and has become an essential tool in countless kitchens all over the world, trusted by the best national and international chefs and restaurants.
Pura Brasa currently has eight restaurants, seven of them in Spain and one in Singapore. Its most recent opening is Pura Brasa Zaragoza.
